In fact, it usually runs around 2 to 3 percent of the total cost of designing, installing, and maintaining a landscape for a 20-year lifespan.
But here’s the important thing to keep in mind: a proper design up front ensures that the improvements you make will be first-class, beautiful, economical to construct, and most important of all, economical to live with over time. A good design will pay for itself, a poor design will cause problems for a long time. That’s why we always say that good design isn’t cheap, it’s free. NOTE: Rush jobs will be billed at 50%-200% over regular rates.
There is a two-hour minimum for all projects. Ongoing work is billed in 10-minute increments. Payment for initial consultation is due at the time of service; subsequent work will be billed on completion or at the end of each month. Please inquire for our complete terms and conditions.
